As the name suggests this program is particularly designed for people with age group 45+ to 60 years. There’s a common misconception around that kICKBOXING training is not suitable for people who have crossed the age of 45.
You can start any Martial Arts or Combat fitness workout at any age, as long as your goal remains to maintain overall fitness. Combat fitness, especially KIckboxing and Cross Training can be hugely helpful to people over age 45, particularly those who want to build strength, maintain flexibility and stay at a healthy weight. Unlike most of the other types of exercises, Kickboxing emphasizes powerful movements. Power is different from strength, and for older adults, it’s an even better predictor of mobility and their risks for fall. This Program can improve balance, mobility, strength and dual tasking activities.
This is a three times a week, alternate days training program, offered in small groups.
Option to train One on One through a tailored personal training is also available.
